Founded in 2008 by law enforcement and retail loss prevention professionals, CLEAR was established to create stronger partnerships between public and private sector organizations.
Through education, collaboration, and information sharing, CLEAR supports initiatives that improve public safety, strengthen investigative efforts, and advance the professional development of its members.
